2. Roles and Responsibilities
- Anonymous Users: Can view questions.
- Seekers: Can create questions, view answers, and purchase answers.
- Providers: Can create questions, view answers, purchase answers, and provide answers for a fee they set.
3. Seeker to Provider Transition
Seekers who wish to become Providers must apply through our application process, which includes a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Upon approval, the Seeker can start providing answers and earning money.
4. Payments and Fees
- Seekers pay Providers for answers.
- The Platform deducts a 5% fee from the total payment before disbursing the amount to the Provider.
5. Refund Policy
Payments made by Seekers for answers are non-refundable once the answer is accessed.
6. User Conduct
Users agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and are prohibited from:
- Posting false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, is the property of iamconverter.com or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
iamconverter.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
